- 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups (270g) rolled oats
- 1 cup (90g) shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups (270g) chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (120ml) peanut butter or almond butter
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Make the Oat Mixture: In a saucepan, melt the butter, honey, and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine with Oats: Add the rolled oats and shredded coconut (if using) to the saucepan. Mix until everything is well coated.
